The Death Lullaby

After watching Midori the other day the thing that impressed me about it above all, was the fact that behind all the grime and animated sleaze that appeared on my screen was one man, a man named Hiroshi Harada. He apparently did some other stuff and I decided to check them out. This one was on YouTube so I watched it first. LET'S ANIME IT UP DUDES AND DUDINES!

Midori

So I've decided to get into anime again for reasons I cannot completely comprehend and have decided to do so by starting things off with the most user-friendly anime ever crafted: Midori. It's apparently the story of an orphaned girl who gets taken in by a traveling circus. I'm sure this will be a fine thing. LET'S ANIME IT UP DUDES AND DUDINES!

Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san - Episode 3

Time for three more minutes of sapphic hijinks with the girls of Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san. What puns and sight gags will the present us with today? I don't know, but there's one way we can find out. LET'S ANIME IT UP DUDES AND DUDINES!

Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san - Episode 2

Time for more lighthearted homosexual slice of life ridiculousness with high school girls that embody various animals or something. What zany misadventures will the girls get into this time? I don't really know. LET'S ANIME IT UP DUDES AND DUDINES!

Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san - Episode 1

I've decided to go the anime short route this time around and review a thing that has episodes that clock in at like 3 minutes a piece because I have a short attention span. I don't know anything about this really beside the fact that it's about girls in high school and about cats and dogs maybe. Hopefully it's less "THIS IS REALLY DEEP! PSYCH! NOT REALLY!" than the last thing I looked at was because I don't want to have to think about shit while watching a stupid cartoon show.

FLCL - Episode 6

I feel a strange sense of peace and tranquility as I begin this final episode of FLCL. It's the feeling one gets when they resign themselves to an inevitable fate. Having spent five episodes with this show I have a pretty good idea of what awaits me with this final episode. It will undoubtedly be bigger, loud, brasher, and snottier than the five episodes that proceeded it which will send me into an even more furious rage, and I'm perfectly alright with that.
